How Equity works
Review, invitation, agreement and access grant are separate decisions. A published summary does not release every company document. An investor's private question or interest is never visible to competing investors.
Disclosure in stages
- Invited summary: selected teaser fields, visible only to organizations named in an approved audience.
- Approved detail: selected company and opportunity fields under a detail grant.
- Diligence: approved document versions and private Q&A under a diligence grant, with agreement coverage and expiry.
- Partner package: a defined snapshot for a named recipient, acknowledged by version.
Who does what
Company
Prepares a profile, an opportunity draft and documents; proposes the invited audience; answers private questions; decides each access request; approves the handoff package.
Equity team
Reviews submitted versions and the proposed audience; verifies identity, entity, authority and eligibility cases; runs support, security and operations with separated powers.
Investor
Reads approved summaries it was invited to; accepts the applicable agreement; requests a defined scope; conducts diligence; records, amends or withdraws nonbinding interest; consents to a handoff.
Licensed partner
Receives only the named package addressed to it, requests clarification or acknowledges receipt of that exact version.
Account security
Every participant signs in with a personal invitation, enrolls a second factor before reaching confidential information, can review and revoke sessions, and must verify again before sensitive actions such as approvals, publications and membership changes.
