About Equity

Equity is a private-capital platform for Saudi Arabia that helps authorized participants prepare private opportunities, share information in controlled stages, conduct diligence, record nonbinding interest and deliver an approved package to an appropriate licensed partner.

What Equity is

• A private, invitation-only workspace for selected companies and investors.
• A reviewed, versioned record of what a company chose to disclose, to whom, and when.
• A permissioned diligence process ending in an acknowledged partner handoff.

What Equity is not

• Not a public marketplace, an order book, a trading venue or a matching engine.
• Not a wallet, escrow, custody or settlement service. No money moves on the platform.
• Not an automatic transfer of legal ownership and not an authoritative share register.
• Not investment advice. An indication of interest is explicitly nonbinding.

Status of this build

This is a local development build with fictional data. It demonstrates the product's permissions, workflows and interfaces. The operating model, licensing, identity provider, hosting and legal documents remain open decisions recorded in the project's planning pack. Nothing here is a statement of licensed status or regulatory approval.
